Delivery Information

Shipping companies: LA POSTE - CHRONOPOST. All shipments are dispatched from Paris.

Delivery time within France: 1-2 business days. Europe: 4-5 business days. Subject to product availability and except in exceptional cases, we will make efforts to deliver the products specified at the time of shipment confirmation before the deadline.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons related to the delivery location.

If we are unable to meet the delivery date for any reason, we will notify you and offer to continue the purchase process with a new delivery date. Please note that delivery is not made to homes on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

For the purposes of these conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have been made or the order deemed to have been delivered at the moment when you or a person designated by you physically takes possession of the products and signs a receipt confirming delivery at the delivery address provided.
